Am I wasting the priest's time in confession?

How do I know if during Confession I am just wasting the priests time, esp. as every month I go to Confession I just seem to be repeating the same old sins over and over again(they are not serious, mainly things like anger and impatience, that sort of thing). I am worried he might think I am wasting his time, or am a hopeless case since its always the same old thing.
Should I not Confess monthly then if its always a repeat, and just wait longer until a new`one crops up.
Am I wasting his time and making him weary, or just being over-scrupluous.Thanx.
