Am I worthy to receive the Eucharist if I'm in a state of confusion?

Hi,

I currently have been through a heart break and it’s still painful for me to let go of the person. I know that only God can heal my broken heart and I badly need His love, mercy and grace through the Holy Eucharist. Although, I am confused if I am worthy to receive Jesus coz I still question Him about what happened to he failed relationship. My last confession was Thursday but I haven’t confessed about my feelings on that break up.

I appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks and God bless!
 
Being in a state of confusion as you have described it is not a mortal sin. I think that Jesus wants to unite Himself with you in Holy Communion and hear about your pain. Go to Him. Receive Him in Holy communion and tell Him your pain.
 
If you were in a state of mortal sin, you would know so.
 
If you want reassurance, go to confession.
I don’t believe you have committed a sin, but I am not a priest.
I will pray for you! 🙏
