I just watched the passion of the Christ for the third time last night. This morning I looked Jim Caviezal up on google and found this video of him being interviewed and it sort of turned into something much more. It’s profound. He was so moved by the Holy Spirit, I was brought to tears a few times and I can see that God was working through him very powerfully.

Please watch the whole thing when you find the time, if you havent already seen it. If your lukewarm in the faith this is like a B-12 shot.

Jim to Mel: “Look man, we’re all called to carry our own cross. If you don’t pick up and carry your own cross, you will be crushed by the weight of it.”

I like this man a lot as an actor and as a person.

I pray that many others in Hollywood will also stop taking the Lord’s name in vain. I’ve had to change the channel more times than I can remember precisely because of this.

Wow! Jim Caviezal had me captivated with every word. His experience and how he tells has you gasping for the Holy Spirit.

Not really related, but out of curiosity does anyone know what has become of Gibson, in terms of his relationship with the Church? After he and his wife split up he was living with, I believe, his Russian girlfriend, quite a departure from strict adherence to the Faith, but that seems to have ended and I wondered if he found his way back.
