I would like to know that if the priest says amen after the baptismal formula, it can invalidate the sacrament.

Could you say why you would wonder that the word “Amen” might invalidate a sacrament?
 
Usually, the priest invites all of us to say “Amen” together as we affirm the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in the newly baptized.

The person likely read the comments on the 2009 Fr Z blog post regarding “We baptize…” language, which was linked in another thread dealing with the “We Baptize…” dubia response from the CDF. There is a lengthy, unresolved discussion in those comments as to whether a priest saying “Amen” at the end of the baptismal formula is an impermissible addition to the formula and thus invalidates the baptism.

I’m in agreement with the person who said that once the formula is finished, the baptism has concluded, and the priest could then say anything he wanted, whether it’s Amen or a Shakespeare recital.
