how many would be brave enough to anonymously report their imam if the imam started spouting radicalized teachings like violence?

It was a fear of being called racist that kept the San Bernadino’s neighbor from reporting the activity next door to the FBI. If the neighbor hadn’t been afraid, and reported it, lives could have been saved.
