Yup. It’s all about the sex. Divorced Catholics who do not remarry and/or who live celibate lives after their divorce can remain in full communion with the Catholic Church. But divorced Catholics who remarry and/or live in a sexual relationship with a new partner after their divorce cannot. Unless, of course, they get an annulment.yes.
