An Agnostic Friend

Please pray for a friend of mind who is an agnostic. I had a frightening dream last night that left me a strange feeling that he was in danger, especially of going to Hell. I had a hard time shaking it, and it brought me to the point of tears. I just spoke with him last night, but now I’m suddenly worried about his safety, and I feel that he’s quite empty inside since he will not “meet God half way”, as it is.

This may all just be a fancy of the imagination (I sincerely hope!), but he needs the prayers anyway, so please do ask God to take care of him and lend him grace to seek out the truth. Also, please pray I will have the grace to witness to him properly. I think part of my fear in the dream was that I had not done enough to lead him, wasting too much time on comparably trivial things.

I did speak with him today, so that’s comforts me a little that he’s physically okay. Spiritually, we’ll just have to keep praying for him.
