We do live in a cullture of contradiction. It is a delicate balance between willingly accepting death, prolonging the dying process, caring for the dying, and hastening death. Too bad there was so much disinformatiion over “Death Panels”. We need to have informed conversations with our care providers and families. We need to talk about our feelings, our concerns, our hopes and desires.
