An awful day

I’m asking for prayers because I’m having an awful day so far (like so many others recently)…

My daughter was demonstrating exactly what the “terrible-twos” entail as I tried to get her ready this morning. I lost my temper and yelled, then felt terrible of course. I only get a little time with her in the morning, then it’s off to daycare and work all day for me (at a place I hate), and, oh yeah, nearly 2 hours of driving roundtrip for the day. Then I only get a few short hours with her before I have to get her in bed, and then I collapse into bed myself, being that I’m pregnant and exhausted. Time with DH? He’s in master’s classes, so we don’t even see each other 3 nights a week because I can’t stay awake until he gets home at 10:30 p.m.

On top of all that, this wonderful day (which is pretty much what every day is like, except usually DD is pleasant) started with throwing up (morning sickness).

I know there are people with emergent and devastating illnesses and family situations who need more prayer than I do, but I could still use some prayer if you have time after praying for them. :o I long to be home with our children but DH hasn’t been able to find a job and I’m just so tired of being sad. :crying:

Thanks in advance for any prayers you can offer on our behalf.

Praying for you and your family.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.

Praying very hard for you and your family. I hope there are better days ahead for you.

Thank you for your prayers, I appreciate them so much. :grouphug:

(((Belle)))
Prayers for you… hey, I’ve BEEN THERE… 😦
It IS hard, so don’t discredit your situation… the morning sickness, the exhaustion during pregnancy, working full time, challenging times with the kiddos… it all adds up.

Many prayers and sympathies… this will pass.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.

Dear Lord,
Please allow Belle to see that you are in control, that you have a plan. Lord, help her with her burdens and provide a glimmer of light and love. Help her to know that she is precious to you and help her to feel that you are loving her every moment of every day.

Dear Belle,
Jesus, I trust in You! Perhaps the Lord is calling you to live this statement. Let go of what you can. And look for the little things that God is providing.

May God bless you !!!

Jesu, please help Belle through the challenges of raising children. Please give her comfort and strength. And please help her husband to find work soon. Thank You, Jesus

Praying for you and your family Belle. Hard to believe, but it does get better, hang in there!

Praying for Belle and all who are going though struggles these days…

Dear Belle10,

I may have missed posting to this thread earlier, but I’ve been praying for you often because your name is on a prayer list that I take with me when I visit the Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel. You will continue in my prayers …

Thank you so much – you have no idea how much this means to me! :hug1:

Praying for you and yours, Belle…

prayers for you… I teach kdgn and I know how exhausting little ones can be. I can really understand where you are coming from. I also know that morning sickness is no picnic. I used to sip on slushies. I think the coolness numbed my stomach. please continue to have faith. Remember, when God closes a door, He always opens a window.

I don’t know…I feel like I’m suffocating. 😦

Today is another awful day – because of my work schedule my MIL took DD to her new daycare, a place I don’t really want to bring her to but have no choice because our daycare provider closed her in-home daycare. I just want to be with my child – why won’t God help and allow this to happen? :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:
