I don’t said it is impossible to have a funeral without giving an offrande. I know that it happens.

Just it is unormal and immoral to not pay it if we can. It encourage the Church’s collapse. Encourage a family to not pay it is not something to do.

If the children are too poor to pay for the burial, but the person who is concerned as the mean to pay, she should plan ahead when she is alive with a funeral inassurance plan.

For many people, it is that the cannot, for others the non-Catholic relatives WILL not. Person still has the right to a funeral mass.
