An opportunity to respond to some criticisms about catholicism

I haven’t posted here in quite a while, but I thought this may be of interest.

I’m involved with this website, remarrk.com, which is kind of a pop-up that allows people to comment on any web page (even those which don’t allow commenting). I’ve noticed a few posts popping up that criticise and question Catholicism, so I thought it might be a good opportunity for the Catholic Answers community to dispel some myths, answer some questions etc.

It would also allow you to post comments on other webpages that convey similar sentiments and to have discussions about pages of interest.

up front, its good to stop and recognize thier is a great war on Religion…

The Catholic Church will prevail to the end of time, but evil that was agaisnt Jesus and God wanting to war on religion. Jesus was of all Truth, from God directly.

So to contribute to the fight agaisnt God and Catholic church is the mere path to Hell.

in the most direct noted recognition, to Follow Jesus and what he called for brings intergrity, clarity, and harmony to ones life. Not peace, not great wealth, not health, not what we desire of this world but to be with God potentially for eternity.

to even recognize or engage evil is evil, to promote such is to teach evil to children, which is an unforgiveable sin…
Might we sugest that you go and read the Cathechism of the Catholic faith, and become not a mere reader but a Knowledgeable mind of the Catholic mind in Truth, before promoting a war against a religion your not knowledgeable of…

People need to recognize the great war on religion that is being waged, and, to recognize, what side of the war are they on?
what is our meas in life is not asked of ourselves enough, and equally we dont ask, are we fighting for what is the most single only issue to ever fight a war, and that is, to fight for God, nothing else is worth fighting for.

what war is worth fighting for, or what is worth fighting for, and God is the only answer.
alll else, is fighting for evil…

A great deal of what people condon and fail to stand against is mere evil they emerse themselves in, a condoning of the war on religion…

I’m really sorry; I didn’t realise that. It’s not really a forum, but it has some similar functionality, so I understand why it would fall under that category.

I’m happy to delete the post, but I can’t see a delete button. Will a moderator automatically delete it since it breaks the rules?

I also didn’t mean to imply that people should engage in a war on religion… All I meant was that there are people on the website who have asked questions about Catholicism, and I don’t know the answer to all of them, so I thought I would ask for help. There are also some misconceptions being promoted - I’m not sure whether or not dispelling myths falls under the evil described above.

the post is a learning experience that many Wage War on Relgion…

The great demand for liberalization of the Catholic Faith calls for a discounting away of God, an increase to the intellect of man to be of his own self determination and self worth…

Its good for people to realize, We call ourselves Catholics, yet devoid of self sacrific of ourselves, we forge on to war on religion…
