An update on Patricia B

Hi. For the past few weeks/months, I have requested prayers for a friend of mine, Pat B, who was dying of cancer. I have to report the sad news that Pat has now been called home by the Father to her Eternal Reward. I’d like to renew the prayer request, this time with the intentions of the peaceful repose of her soul and the comfort and consolation of all her family and friends.

May the angels accompany Patricia’s soul into the gentle arms of Jesus and we ask Him to embrace this soul whose suffering is now over.comfort her family and friends dear Lord who now grieve for the loss of Patricia.ease their heartache by drawing them close to your Merciful heart. speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Patricia B’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for Patricia B, who is suffering from cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. May God give him the fullness of life here on earth. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
