Yes, it would appear so to my untrained eye. They are in the same phrase and location talking about before the Lord in Numbers 10:10.

I can’t tell you if it is always so throughout the LXX.

Sometimes, not always. It’s not quick to flip back & forth to confirm all the overlaps and non-overlaps between a Hebrew word and a Greek word. For example, sometimes zikrown translates to μνημοσύνου mnémosunon remembrance:
