I’ve read the anaphora from the Coptic Liturgy of St. Basil and found it very similar with the Roman Canon. Can anyone explain the development of this Anaphora? It is originally Roman or Rome get it from the Alexandrian. I heard that in the early Church Roman and Alexandrian liturgy was very similar, but i have no further information about that.

Both derive from the DL of St James of Jerusalem.
