Oh sorry Ambrose, I should have read your post more carefully. I thought you were replying to the Gregory the Great commentary on Job. My mistake.
 
I am reading the small volume on letters of John, makes a good devotional reading.

A thought in it, I never considered on first John 2:19
They were formed within the Church in the same way as bad fluids in a body; when they are spewed out, the body is relieved; in the same way, when the bad people go out, the Church is relieved.

Other commentaries I would like to see covered are books like the Wisdom of Solomon and the book of Jesus Sirach.

Wonderful, I am glad you are using it! I love the Glossa Ordinaria. I am having the Glossa on Revelation being translated right now, and its the best commentary on Revelation I have ever seen, I cannot wait until we get it published!

We are about on publish a SIX Commentaries in One volume of the Ancient Bible Commentaries in English. This will have both St. Jerome’s and St. Gregory of Nyssa commentaries on Ecclesiastes, St. Jerome’ commentary on Jonah, Old Irish glosses on Romans, the Glossa Ordinaria on the Epistles of St. John, and St. Victorinus commentary on Revelation.
