Anyone have links or website that have more accurate and Church approved info about the Angels in Heaven? Orders, jobs, function, descriptions etc! TIA

Look at the Catechsim of the Catholic Church: CCC 328-336. As you can see, there’s not a whole lot of definitive Church teaching regarding the angels.
There is lots of theological speculation on the angels that isn’t “official” Church teaching, but is certainly not opposed to Church teaching (such as the idea of the 9 choirs of angels). For more info on this, try the Catholic Encyclopedia.
St. Thomas Aquinas also talks about the angels at length in his Summa Theologica. Look at Part I, Questions 50-64 (you’ll have to scroll down halfway through this link for those questions).
That should be a good start.
EDIT: Pope John Paul II also gave several general audiences on the Angels during his catechesis on the Creed. Click here to see those audiences.
