Anglican Church priestly faculties

Did the priests and bishops retain any of their catholic ordained Faculties after Henry Vlll and they broke with the Catholic Church. The two I am thinking of are: consecrating bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, and laying on of hands to ordain new priests and bishops. My friends in our catholic mens group say yes; I say no way. They are no longer licit because a schism has taken place and all are in apostacy. I need some authoritive words of wisdom on this subject. This is important. My friends don’t believe me.

The Anglican Church does not have valid Holy Orders. Therefore, they cannot consecrate the elements or ordain others. For a detailed explanation see the *Catholic Encyclopedia * article:
