This has been a long time coming. 
My husband and I left the Episcopal Church 15 years ago for many of the same reasons which include female bishops and priests, practicing homosexual clergy, and devaluation of human life. Back then I was afraid that the Roman Catholic Church might go the same way, but as time goes on I feel confident that this will not happen.
