The Jews must have been pretty angry at the Nazis for the horrid actions of the Nazis toward them (and rightfully so), but those Jews who were able to keep their faith and move on healthily were those Jews who were still able to forgive their enemies despite the atrocities, insults and injuries to them and their families. Saint Jerome, through your anger and confrontations you remind us that we all have a duty to confront others from time to time. You also remind us that we have a duty to examine ourselves and confront our own weaknesses and harmful behaviours. Help us to remember that love alone can make changes for the good. Amen.

Praying for you, I know full well the feeling of anger. If prayer doesn’t work as well want to know what I think works for some people and might be worth a shot?
If you have any old dishes of no worth, find a place and just break em all one by one! I’m not advocating destruction but I saw on the news how that actually works 9 times out of 10 and can be a hobby.
Just trying to bring in some humor

On a more down to earth note I usually exercise like crazy or punch a big pillow or something that won’t break if I don’t have a punching bag. It really does help to the contrary!
I’m male though and probably just the testosterone.
