hey there,

I went to the doc today because I am feeling anxious so much of the time and am really shaky feeling. She wanted to put me back on anti depressants. However, I would rather not because I had them before and they took ages to come off so she has goven me some tranqs instead. Hopefully I won’t have to take them too much. Thankyou for your prayers though and please keep praying for me to have calmness because sometimes I feel so close to exploding that I think I am going mad.
 
I will continue to pray for you. I understand panic attacks all too well.

You have alot going on in your life. I prayed for you today in Holy Hour, but I didn’t know about the panic attacks. I prayed for your marriage, but will add this so that you will feel better soon.
