Anime lyrics translation - help!

I found a song by Ishida Yoko called “Negai”. I have been looking for an English version of the lyrics. However, I can’t seem to find any.
So, I have come here to ask for some help. Can someone translate the lyrics of that song to English?

I think you might find it hard to find a translator. I recommend going to an anime lyrics site or a fansite for the anime, composer or singer and contacting one of the translators. I did this once several years ago and found some help.

I found this on a forum. It seems pretty good if a little literal and some of the phrasing is awkward, but since I know some Japanese, it does seem like an ok translation of it as far as I can tell.
