I’m a casual anime and manga fan. There’s a lot of titles that I haven’t seen and with graduate school coming up, the chances of me ever seeing them are kinda slim…

I remember Wolf’s Rain and .hack//sign for their gorgeous soundtrack. Even though I don’t have time to rewatch the series, I still listen to these songs once in awhile:

Hikaru no Go, Rurouni Kenshin and Full Metal Alchemist were one of my favorites.

Currently, I’m following Hetalia. The webcomics are lovely and while I don’t normally favor dubbing, this series had pushed me into watching more titles in the english dub. And I’m also following the manga **Historie **which is set in time of Alexander the Great. Updates only come once in a blue moon which is good because it’s incredibly mind-consuming.

👍 I love .hack//SIGN’s soundtrack. I have the first album and it’s always on my playlist.

Yeah I loved the singer who does Fake wings, in the land of twilight under the moon, Das Warden etc. Can’t remember her name at the moment.

A good one is a series I saw called Ghost Hound, its only in japanese but with english subtitles. Kind of a Persona-ish setting ,except involving OBE (Out of Body Experience) then tv diving.

Good soundtracks.

She used to have Latin lyrics in her songs.

Now,is Kajiurago, which doesn’t have translations available as far I know.

Hidamari Sketch? Meh, I tried, but it bored me.
 
Anyone else seen Carnival Phantasm. Its Type-Moons 10 year anniversary anime, merging the Fate universe and the Melty Blood/Tsukehime universe. It does puns, like makign the ‘holy grail war’ into a game show, Tsukeihme super powered beach volleyball game and other gags.

Its pretty good, to bad it only lasts for 4 episodes.

Don’t fear. There are two more seasons (Seasons 2 has even aired already). Each one has 4 episodes. 😃
 
This might interest you guys, especially in America, but apparently many of the voice actors who dub the series in the US are practicing Christians. Some are quite vocal about it, actually. I’ll go find a list of names.
 
I dont know many legal anime sites (…1:blush:)… so so far funimation’s site is the only one i use…

Yeah, no kidding… Seems like you really touched a nerve there but I can’t understand why. Not to mention all the “leaving the forum, maybe the Church” stuff… Talk about disproportionate responses. :confused:
 
Just got Full Metal Panic season 1 on blu ray yesterday. Second Raid is working its way to me. Loved Fumoffu and what I’ve read of the manga, so I’m hoping I’ll enjoy the regular series. Very cheap on Amazon right now.

Also, love the jobs Luci Christian and Chris Patton did as Kaname and Sousuke.

I don’t know about the English dubs but I can never get enough of Fumoffu. Love the OP. Love the ED. Love the fact that Sousuke gets the harisen every so often. 😃

Fate/Zero has been such an amazing series thus far. Didn’t think anything could top Steins;Gate this year, but F/Z’s making a serious case.

On that note, how awesome is this Saber figure? I’m seriously considering springing for it. That bike is AMAZING.

The Lupin III movie is good too - it’s a TV movie.

I think the new Last Exile is nifty too. And you know what will be best, the upcoming season of Zero’s Familiar and Seitokai no Ichizon. I absolutely loved the first season. Everyone in Japan was going crazy over the gamer girl.
