Regarding Anne being listed on the “Unapproved” list you posted, her case is actually described as “undecided”, which is not surprising in that the Church will not render a decision as long as she continues to receive messages. And after that, a long examination by the Vatican would have to be undertaken.
There are lots of opinions, of course.
CatholicPlanet.com lists Anne’s writings as “reliable and trustworthy” See their assessment at
catholicplanet.com/apparitions/true16.htm. The Catholic theologian Ronald Conte, who seems to focus upon all the apparitions and locutions happening today, analyzed her in depth and says she is authentic.
If you really want to check her out, try contacting Archbishop Hannan of New Orleans (Retired, I believe, but very active), or Cardinal-Elect Rosales of Manilla. Others include Sr. Briege McKenna, Fr. Bill McCarthy, Fr. Francis Murray, Ronda Chervin, etc., all very respected Catholic writers and lecturers who have supported Anne’s work.
