I wait…

Again! 😦

The bowel surgeon couldn’t get me in for my initial visit until November 6…about three weeks.

By the time they order a colonoscopy (and any other tests) and THEN finally coordinate schedules with the Napro doctor for surgery plus at least 2 months recovery…we’re looking at February/March before I feel moderately well again. SIIIIIIIIIIGH! 😦

Pray for me. 6+ months of my life gone because of Endometriosis. I’m going to go totally crazy by the end of this. :o

Hang in there! You will not go crazy. It will be hard, that is realistic, but there is a light showing the way out of this cave of suffering!

He who healed the woman who had suffered from bleeding for 12 years will not forget you. He does will to touch you, be with you, and heal you, but most of all to draw you nearer to himself. I hope that this will be nothing so difficult as you fear it will! May he be with you always!

Thanks both of you! I’m literally between :banghead: and :crying: right now. :o

Sorry to hear about that C99. Thought we were on a faster way out of this. 😦

Thanks so much!

The severe pain has been here since April 2015, so I’ve already been at it for six months! :o

I know this might only save you a little time, but couldn’t they order the colonoscopy and other tests they need prior to the initial appointment? I’ve (unfortunately) had a great deal of experience with medical specialists due to my daughter having been born with several birth defects that needed surgery. I’ve found that the initial “consultation” is often completely pointless BS that they use to pad their bill to your insurance company. Half the time, they already have your medical records, they know exactly what needs to be done, and they’re just there to tell you to go get the tests that they already knew needed to be done before they hit up the insurance company for the “pre-procedure visit”. If you ask nicely, they may let you skip the “consultation” visit and just get the tests done in the first place. Or not. It’s worth a shot.

I hate this “hurry up and wait” attitude with doctors.

I pray that you find relief.
