Although I would not have waited very long anyway, it was a relief(?) for me to have gotten fairly consistent advise to file the nullity petition sooner rather than later once the civil divorce was final and it was clear my ex wasn’t going to change her basic stance. Pretty much the only people familiar with the basics of my situation that had not asked me when I was going to file (or flat out told me it get it done soon) were the ones still holding out some hope that (for her sake) my ex might straighten herself out enough for us to possibly work things out.
