My husband and I married outside the Church. He is Protestant and divorced 40 years ago after only two years when his wife “followed her dreams” out of state. He went on to have a 35 year marriage and she passed away. I deeply regret being married outside the Church and he is totally willing to get his annulment.
His two character witnesses responded immediately. However the only two witnesses to the marriage both had their lives fall into some chaos and haven’t sent in their forms. Both had agreed to be witnesses. The exwife never responded.
Is there any hope that the Tribunal will proceed without the witnesses?
