Annulments and Muslim marriages

Hello,
I’ve been reading about the sacrament of marriage, and I’m wondering how rules about annulments apply to Muslim marriages.
In Islam, a man can take additional wives, and divorce is permitted (although discouraged). If a Muslim were to divorce and later try to marry a Catholic, how is this generally viewed in the annulment process? It seems to me that the features of Muslim marriages make them different than marriages that have features of indissolubility and exclusivity, but I have no idea. Interested in your answers!

Only a valid consummated marriage between two (male and female), both baptised, is indisoluble while both are alive.

This is confusing to me, because I thought that valid marriages between two unbaptized people were also considered valid, as long as the marriage has the characteristics the Church requires for validity.
Is that incorrect?

Yes, natural marriages, one baptized or neither baptised, can be valid – but also dissolved.

For example, the privilege or favour of the faith and the Pauline Privilege.
