Anointing of the sick question?

Does a person have to be in full communion to receive this sacrament?

I know of someone who is baptized Catholic but never finished other inititory rites…

Can they receive it if they request it?

Marie, please go to your priest and discuss this with him.
I’m sure the priest can also help resolve the other Sacramental issues so that she can enjoy Confession and Communion, in addition to giving her the Sacrament of Anointing.
