Hello, I am trying to find information on this subjet…
I’m from quebec, canada. The only classes available are SERENA (sympto thermal) but they have no postpartum protocol… My wife cycle hasn’t returned yet.
When not breastfeeding, is it safe to assume that by checking CM, you can avoid pregnancy? If the woman has 3 completely dry day, no CM, then she is considered infertile?
We are now in the third month of complete abstinence since stopping breastfeeding (now 5 months since giving birth) and it’s taking it’s toll…
