I’ve eaten them warm but never roasted them myself. At Christmastime around here, many street vendors roast chestnuts so I don’t have to deal with that 😇

Yes and yes. Just ask our former mayor 🤣 but I also wrote thank yous to other folks too.

I’ll go you one better…my first car was an Olds Cutlass convertible…my buddy had a Pontiac GTO convertible…we and our dates went canoeing, and left the tops down on a bright, sunny day…a gully-washer blew in, and when we got back to our cars and opened the doors, rainwater literally poured out…

Just once. When I was little I thought I’d finish a piece my mother had been working on, knowing nothing about knitting. I gave up after about 2 seconds and began attacking furniture with the big needle things instead.
