No, I’m not encouraged to do anything too experimental in the kitchen.

[A question for CAF posters of a certain age]

Did you ever use a slide rule regularly in the course of doing your job?

No, but I became proficient in using one…I had a ‘statrule’ - a statistician’s slide rule, which had additional functions…used it in math, physics, and some biology courses…unfortunately, it was stolen many years ago…

Have you ever been on a cruise?
 
After serving for 22 years in the navy that would be more than a few, but never on a pleasure cruise.

Once coming back from a wedding reception.

No, but since I don’t like sports I wouldn’t pay even one dollar for a sporting event.

Have you ever counted people in church instead of listening to the homily?
 
No, I liked counting people who came in late.🙃

No, not me.

Have you ever been the only formally dressed person (suit and tie in the case of a man) in a gathering where everyone else was wearing T-shirts and jeans?
And how about the other way around? Have you ever been the only one wearing a T-shirt and jeans where all the others were in business suits?

no, but i did at a barbershop. first time there. i realized it after the cut when i was to pay. the guy said no problem it would be on him. i went home and got the money with an extra good tip. still using him today.

No, never had a reason to use an o-scope, must be interesting

No, but my dad was in the Phillipine Sea in World War II. He never stopped talking about it.

It was not a dream I really was in PJs as were most of the people there too. I was an (name removed by moderator)atient in hospital at the time.

No. But like Milt, I have actually worn them. Not at the hospital, at home! (Sorry, I do not know how to play this game yet, but I’m fleeing from the more controversial threads, like politics, etc. I do not like controversy and confrontation. I’m a peaceful person. 🙂 )

I wear an extra-long T-shirt to bed…in some dreams, it gets a lot shorter in inappropriate places…
