If I’m doing it myself, I use a rotisserie for some awesome roasted chicken…
There’s a little family-run place a couple miles up the road that turns out the best fried chicken I’ve ever had…their Thursday special is eight pieces of chicken, a ton of jojos, and a pint of coleslaw for $10!!!
