Another Question About Breaking the Seal of Confession

This may sound a bit weird but I felt I should ask. Many people here seem to give examples and talk about Confessions that aren’t theirs. Is this in any way breaking the seal of Confession?

Unless the person talking about the confessions is the priest who heard them, then no, no one is breaking the seal.
 
A penitent is allowed to freely discuss their confession, the seal only applies to the priest.

If I discuss a confession with you and you discuss it with others, it may or may not be prudent, and may or may not be a violation of the confidence I placed in you. Depends on the circumstances.

But that goes for any private conversation and isn’t anything to do with the seal of confession.
 
The seal also prevails upon an interpreter, and also anyone who accidentally overhears someone else’s confession.
