Thank you I always enjoy your site and its contents. Good for the Church

Thank you for the link! I have been having lively discussions, off and on for the last 3 years, with a coworker who is a Jehovah’s Witness, and this will definitely help.

Hello thank you for your efforts.

With respect to rabbits chewing the cud I had read JP Holding’s argument before. He basically argues that since rabbits eat their feces this could be the same as eating the cud based on Hebrew translation. Well I’m not a Hebrew expert but I have my reservations here. But anyway there are two other problems with this line of thought that to my knowledge have never been responded to.
  1. Apparently rabbits do swallow the first pellet that passes. However when someone in science brought up that the rabbit doesn’t actually “chew” this pellet - i.e., they find the pellets are whole with no bite marks when found in the rabbits stomach. I have never really heard a response to this.
  2. The other problem that I have never seen answered is that swine also eat their feces. Yet the bible says they do not chew the cud. I have yet to hear a response to this either.

Like I put on the top of the webpage, I side-stepped a few of those scientific points and let JP Holding deal with it, I am not a science man, I dealted with the theological issues.
