I cannot stand pro-aborts. I honestly cannot stand even being around them. I will just leave it at that before I say something uncharitable.

However, South Bend Police Capt. Phil Trent said Koble, of Middlebury, was arrested after several calls from drivers who complained of his behavior, including reports that he was stepping down from the median into the street.

This should be a simple case of what the city normally allows. In my town the firefighters annually raise charity funds by standing on medians and going car to car while drivers are stopped at an intersection.

Same here in Indy, not sure about South Bend.
