Few days ago one of my protestant friends told me that catholicism was created by Constantine the great by merging Paganism into Catholicism. Please helpe to defend the Holy catholic faith. I need evidences to prove him

The second century bishop St Ignatius of Antioch, who was a disciple of the Apostle John himself, is extraordinarily Catholic… it’s pretty darn clear that the early, pre-Constantine Church wasnt Protestant at all.
 
No, you need to tell your friend that since he is claiming this, he needs the proofs to back up his claim. It’s not up to you to prove him wrong, the burden is on him to prove himself right. Let’s see how fast he runs away from that.

Turn around and ask them: so who created Protestantism? wasn’t it Luther in the 1500s? can you provide witnesses to your belief system before then? if not, then Catholics have at least over a thousand years advantage to trace back to Jesus and the Apostles!
 
Was the evidence he offered from Jack T. Chick, Alberto Rivera, or Dan Brown?
 
all priests and bishops can trace their ordination lineage back to the apostles.

Remember, after Peter came Linus, Anacletus, Clement, Avaristus, etc…
