The history of Christians and Jews has been littered with conflict and oppression. I mean The Jews weren’t especially tolerant of Christians from the outset were they?
Problem is, there is a tendency by many to downplay anti-Semitic councils by saying they only refer to the religious Jews. This doesn’t work because Jews are born Jews, nobody is born a Christian or a Muslim(Christians are Jew and Gentile believers in Yeshua as Messiah and are “born again”). Of course there can be converts to Judaism, but ethnic Jews are born that way, and anti-semetic councils of whoever covers all Jews, despite their age or advancement in Judaism.
My answer? Just make sure that I am never part of the problem.

Shalom elechim to all my Jewish friends!
For me, I would add to that I make sure I speak out against the problem, which never seems to go away, even in todays world.

If you are genuinely** interested** in this topic, I suggest Father Denis Fahey. There is plenty of information, and even complete works of his online.
I think most intelligent people want to read what someone said first hand, they don’t really trust others to “summarize”
topics like this. Since you started this topic on a **CATHOLIC ** website, it seems likely that you would be interested in learning more about it from a **CATHOLIC ** persepctive, which is what Father Fahey is all about.

I think, as a courtesy, that it is appropriate to post, in your own words, a cogent summation of another’s point. To simply paste links, or long blocks of text, isn’t really discussing, it’s… cutting and pasting. Further, I can’t vouch for the safety, or credibility, of outside links.

I’m simply repeating what I’ve seen on many other threads here regarding policy.
