Anxiety overwhelming

Today is marginally better and there have been no relapses, but I also did something yesterday that was very uncharacteristic and that was take on a second patron saint.
I heard my priest talk about his first and second patrons, and it’s something that I’ve been dwelling on.

I love the Rosary, but for unknown reasons am drawn to the Divine Mercy Chaplet more. And in having been drawn to it, I prayed deeply yesterday and asked Saint Faustina to be my patroness and pray for me.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
