This is a tough one to call.
I gotta say, Rebecca is ONE TOUGH WOMAN. I think even Randall was taken aback when they were choosing teams.
I’m not sure I was very impressed with her initially, but in watching her progress, she seems to be very together and well organized. People respect her and she does seem to have a knack at helping people find the best in themselves.
But then again, so does Randall. He’s very strong and I admire his forthright integrity. When he made the mistake with the Radio call letters, he stepped up and admitted it, acknowledged his error and didn’t try to excuse it. Granted, that’s what he SHOULD do, but so many others only half-admit their mistakes before backpedaling, blaming, and then trying to make excuses. Of course, they’re gone now.
From this latest episode, I think that Randall has made some HUGE errors, but the upcoming one will really tell the tale.
I think Rebecca’s got it if she can overcome the advertised crisis, though.
