Any Catholic rest homes in the Southeast?

Wasn’t quite sure where to post this, but this is my usual place, so I will ask: Does anyone know of any Catholic rest homes/assisted living facilities in the Southeast? I’m looking for something similar to Little Sisters of the Poor if possible, but in this area, with readily available Sacraments and varying levels of care.

With only 4% of the population catholic, there aren’t many, if any. Here in SW Virginia it’s mostly Southern Baptist and of the Falwell/Liberty flavor. Very Christian, even Catholic friendly from my experiences, but not exclusively catholic. Florida may be better, but I wouldn’t like the hurricane threat when I’m mobility limited.
