I’m looking for great books, articles, websites, and resources for Catholic mothers. Beyond that, I don’t think I’m too concerned about the specific niche - but they must be specifically Catholic, and specifically about some aspect of motherhood or biased for mothers (like a resource for busy people that uses lots of examples from the lives of mothers would work). Prayers, advice, networking, biographies of holy mothers, whatever. Anything that has been inspirational or helpful for you (if you are a mother), or for a mother you know.

Thanks for any ideas! I’ve been looking around a lot, but not having a ton of luck on my own.

Thanks, these are great suggestions!

I ran across The Heart of Motherhood, by Donna-Marie Cooper O’Boyle, while browing Amazon for books by Kimberly Hahn. It sounds neat, too. Has anyone actually read this? What about Catholic Prayer Book for Mothers, by the same?

Has anyone read Love Letters to my Husband, by St. Gianna, edited by Elio Guerriero? Does it touch much on her role as a mother? Are there any saints who wrote on motherhood much?

I know there are some Papal Encyclicals that touch on motherhood, too - I should be able to track them down, although I won’t complain if someone does it for me first (hint, hint 😃 ). Any other “heavy” stuff?

I know there’s got to be a ton of stuff out there. This will probably be easier once I get a couple of good books and can start raiding their bibliographies 😛
