Any good retreats in western PA?

Does anyone have a suggestion on finding a silent retreat with orthodox priests in western PA or eastern Ohio?

I just responded on another thread on the same topic, try the Sacred Heart Fathers, who have a retreat house in Youngstown, also the National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon in Jackson Ohio, near Youngstown, sometimes hosts retreat groups, but I don’t know if they do overnights.
