Any Married Priests in your Parish?

Happy new year X3 everyone.

That was a nice article, JimG. Interesting that he is a parish marriage counselor.

So far there doesn’t seem to be any negativity at all regarding married Catholic priests, except perhaps from the priest himself.

Well, his wife did mention in a talk once that she wouldn’t recommend the married priesthood as a normal situation!

My priest growing up was married and I was friends with his daughter. It was pretty funny, every once in awhile someone would ask her what her dad did and it would turn into a long explanation of the church doctrine and rules.
