I forgot about that scene!! How about, to the tune of Amazing Grace, “this song is in the public domain, that’s why we used it twice.”
Yeah, or Return to Boggy Creek, Part II where all the way through Servo and Mike kept singing along with the background music, “On the wings of a snow-white dove…” 😛

Anybody ever see one of those parody sites where they Mistie-ize a Chick tract?

I like MST3K too. You can view episodes on WINAMP. Download this free program from the internet and watch. 👍

WAIT!!! WHAT free program? More help here?

“This is where the fish live.” :rotfl:

Also from “The Touch of Satan” – From Mormo…and Gorgo bot or Mike And Jooooooooooooe.

Jack Frost: Nastinka if you’re NASTY!
Please stop with the leg kicks!
So BE it!!
–Soviet?
So saying you’re going to do good works is better than actually doing them?

Squirm: Well, okay. and they all squirm around in their seats
Nu-UH! You gonna be da worm face!
Mr. Beardsley?

The Bloodwaters of Dr. Z: Sarcasm fish? Oh, I’m SUCH a great fish.

The Final Sacrifice: Can we have one more sacrifice, pleeeeeease?
– Alright, but, this is your final one.
FOOD!!

The PumaMan: *singing to the tune of “Believe it or Not” Believe it or not, this movie’s still running, it should have ended two hours a-gohhhh!

Quest of the Delta Knights: A midieval Servo!
Ewwww… Wizzard Wiz.
Draining the Wizzard

AND, the absolute best, the absolute pinacle of them all (because I cannot remember more from Jack Frost):
FutureWar:
Servo: You know, I COULD point out we’re not in the future, and this isn’t a war, but, you know me, I’m not one to complain
Mike: No, not you.
Servo: No.

Plaid, the other white meat.

…BUT HIS BOSSES DIDN’T LIKE’IM SO THEY SHOT HIM INTO SPAA-AAACE!

I’m gonna have to say my two favorites are the “Pumaman”, and “Manos : The Hand of Fate”. “Cave Dwellers” was pretty good, so was “Gamera”.

And Manos had a cameo by Mike while Joel was the host. He played the Torgo pizza delivery man at the end scetch.

Beware though, Manos is noted as winning the “worst movie in history” award. I liked it, but my friend thinks that not even the MST3K crew can make it bareable.

It’s winamp.com to get their internet television. Though I don’t think watching the movies on winamp is exactly legal… And there are quite a lot of porn feeds, ontop of actual movie and TV show feeds.

My husband and I loooove mst3k. His favorite is Manos:the hand of fate, which is really funny but the movie is so, so bad and the music drives me nuts (same theme over and over again). My favorite is probably Space Mutiny. (“we’ll be reaching speeds of…3!”) And has anyone ever watched some of the shorts that come before the movies? They like make fun of old educational videos from the 50’s, like about hygiene and stuff. It’s so funny. 😃

YES!! “A Case of Spring Fever” before “Squirm”
Mike: Me, I’d rather have a case of bass ale.
Bot: Hey look, it’s Elenor Roosevelt (about the one guy in the short)
Mike: Gun’s huh?
NO SPRINGS!!!
Bot: So Coily waits all of eternity to appear and then renounces his ability almost imediately?
Servo: You’ll be the first to die!!

AND, the one with Gumby & the Robots, and the bots have a breakdown because of how Robots are treated sub human. 😃 😃

MST3K? Hello!

Soultaker…Manos: Hands of Fate…was there one called The Thing That Wouldn’t Die and it was like this head in a hatbox or something?

I heart Servo.

The show reminds me of me and my brother. We’re constantly doing that kind of thing (the add in comments) to tv shows, movies, etc. 😃

The sad news is that it doesn’t come on where I am.

Couple of quotes from older episodes (I can’t remember which specific movies they were from)

Dark room, and a door opens—silhotted in the doorway is a woman in a nurse’s uniform, and Joel yells, “Oh my God, it’s Nurse Feratu!”

Old movie from the '50’s, and this guy with crew-cut is hanging out of a helicopter with an automatic rifle; Servo says, "Is that H.R. Haldeman with a gun?"

Scene in The Final Sacrifice when Rowsdower is trying to get the pickup truck to start, and Crow says, “You know, I’m really starting to lose track of the crappy vehicles in this movie.”

Same movie, at the end where the cultists are pulling their hoods off, and Servo says, “Well, it was a pretty good cult, yanno, but hockey season is comin’ up…”

Scene in The Giant Spider Invasion where the townspeople are screaming in panic and running away from the giant spider, and Servo yells, “The Packers won the Superbowl! Woo-hoo!”

Same movie, where the icky farmer says to his wife, “You wouldn’t know rabbit ***** from Rice Krispies,” and Crow says, “Snap, crackle, poop!”

(And didn’t the icky farmer’s Cousin Billy look just like Charles Manson?)

Scene in Werewolf where the “guardian” of the apartment house comes out in his cammies with the long beard and the rifle, and Mike says, “Dictator for Life: Santa!”

Flash scene in the same movie with some kind of weird monster face close-up, and Mike says, “What is that? A bug, a bat, what the hell is that?”

I’m sitting here chortling just thinking about it. 😛

WOW, I haven’t been on the boards for a few days, but I am amazed to see how many of you are fans of the show. Love reading those classic lines–cracks me up!!:rotfl:

I used to record the entire “Turkey Day” marathons they’d run back in the early 90s on Comedy Central on Thanksgiving. I lost all the tapes 😦

I must have had over 30 episodes on tape :banghead:

It’s my favorite overall show EVAR!

Wolseley – Big surprise, I remember most of those quotes. :rolleye: The only one I didn’t see is the Nurse Feratu, WHICH is VERY funny in & of itself.

Ghosty – Awww… 😦 It’s okay. Maybe they’re just gone temporarily because you became to attatched to them? Possibility to find them ever again? Pray to St. Anthony or something? Gone for good?

There are some shows I like, but with SO many, I can’t possibly remember them all.

There was one where it was set in Greek mytholiogy days and the casr mentioned that Anges Moorehead was in it! If anyone know the name of this movie, let me know.

DIdn’t they do one with the film classic “The Day the Earth Stood Still” and “Earth vs. the Flying Saucers” and “The Day the Earth Froze”?

They’re available on DVD 🙂 My husband has a couple seasons. I think he got them at Barnes & Noble.

Well, it looks like no one has posted on this topic for a while, but I feel compelled to admit that I bought Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie (This Island Earth) on Ebay for far too much money. I think it’s one of the funniest movies ever made. I haven’t seen that many of the episodes, but my favorite so far is Mitchell.
