Make sure you research their authenticity if any respond. Directly contact their diocese or archdiocese. Such an open invitation could be misused to confuse you.
If there is any correspondence check it with the Catechism, Canon Law, the true teachings of the Church. It is unlikely that a priest would take up your offer so please be careful if anyone does. If you have questions about the Faith, perhaps ask our CAF Apologists.
I think priests would be very careful about adding anyone unknown to their Skype contacts, and most likely no one but close friends and family. In your possible best interests I hope you will choose a less insecure way of discussing your faith. Perhaps choose a reliable Catholic website.
