Thanks! If you have anything to share, you’re most welcome.

I have not made anything. I would like to sculpture one day 🙂

Not yet, but I want to start making rosaries and chotkis.

I’ve made several religious items. Most are rosaries. Here are a few: (Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

Those are beautiful.

I made a few basic knot rosaries once, but that’s it. My current hobby is crocheting and I’m not sure how I would go about making religious items with it, currently I’m focusing on blankets and maybe a pillowcase.

They look great! I’ve made some rosaries myself, but I donated them. After all, my family has a lot of rosaries already, and there are people who need them more than I do.

I usually give away all of mine as well. I tend to keep an extra one with me in case I come across someone in need.

Someone once suggested I start an Etsy store, but I figure the market is pretty saturated with rosary makers. Besides, I like giving them away.

Me too. I make bracelet rosaries and give them out during special occasions, such as birthdays, baptism, or even weddings. It’s more meaningful and better appreciated.
Sometimes, I even give them to people I barely know. Just last Sunday, I met an acquaintance who greeted me while I was seated in a convenient shop. It so happened that I was carrying an extra bracelet rosary with me that day. A voice inside me, whom I believe is the Holy Spirit, prompted me to give it to her, of which, I immediately complied. Upon receiving it, she suddenly burst into tears and thanked me profusely for it. She told me that she’s going through some tough times lately. And for some reason, that was the only rosary I made with a guardian angel pendant as its centerpiece. She looked intently to it and told me that God answered her prayer by sending an angel to protect her. She then grabbed my hands and asked me to pray for her right on the spot, which I did. It was a touching moment for the both of us. GOD is good indeed! He even used an unworthy person like me to be His instrument. Praise the Lord!

I had a similar encounter with a St. Jude rosary I made.

I saw a woman struggling out in the heat, so I gave her a ride. She was going through some struggles and something told me to give her the St. Jude rosary. She started to cry and told how her father always prayed to St. Jude and how she had stopped practicing her faith and how she was sure this was a message from God, etc.

It was a beautiful experience. I hope she has made her way back to faith.

I once made a 1-decade “Rosary” out of a piece of binding string. I couldnot get the knots right.
Still, I kept it in my pocket until one came in the mail. The Graymoor group from up North somewhere
sent out a solicitation which included a “Blessed” Rosary. It was left in our community dining room. So, I acquired it.
