Fr. Zuhlsdorf reads the Church Fathers in his wonderful Latin and Greek, and then translates to English, and discusses the pieces in his podcasts- wdtprs.com/blog/podcazt/
The Office of Readings in the Liturgy of the Hours (breviary) has a reading from one of the saints or Church fathers for every day of the year, usually tied in with the liturgical feast or season that is being celebrated that day.
If you don’t have a breviary, you can find the Office of Readings at universalis.com/readings.htm . This website has a different [unofficial?] translation of the Psalms, but the Second Reading (scroll down not quite to the bottom of the page) usually matches the official Liturgy of the Hours.
