I’m not presumptuous enough to think I know the answer. What happened, happened.

Honey, what have we been doing with creationism for the last 600+ posts?

Yes, he gets heard but he is not corrected. The public’s perception of things are altered. That is the problem here on this forum and out there in general. And people wonder why there is a certain level of distrust about science and its claims. The average person does not hold a Ph.D. but they tend to be smart enough to tell the difference between factual information and less certain claims.

Creation follows the scientific timeline from Big Bang to the present…Human intelligence on the other hand was bestowed upon a promising creature by God at some point. The whole young earth hypothesis requires the violation of the known laws that govern the universe, and I feel even God sticks within them (he doesn’t have to, but he does!)

Does it effect day to day life? Not really. IMHO

  1. You don’t actually care, and

Others are more prominent, especially when they appear on talk TV and do public things and have their own web site. Like the atheist bus sign campaign in England.

Thanks: I try. On the real though, I just don’t have the energy to stay up till dawn arguing with people who really don’t care about what I have to say.
