Anyone a Knight or Dame of the Order of St Lazarus?

I’m curious to learn if anyone is a member of this chivalric order. They have a very old and illustrious history. However, unlike (name removed by moderator) or Knights of the Holy Sepulchre, they seem to have multiple factions (i.e. different websites all claiming to be the official website).
