…but not for the reasons that anti-Catholic propaganda purports! 🤥🤥🤥

Yes I am , I have a Facebook account unconnected to this account that is dedicated to Astronomy / Aviation and science , which has no family or personal friends,
It’s all about learning about everything that I know little or nothing about,it’s really good

Best to see beyond what others claim ,
And see for yourself

My son’s an electrician as I was, but he has been able to work on several space-related projects here. He worked on the demolition of the old Rocketdyne facility, where the F-1 rockets for the Saturn V were designed and tested, and he’s worked at JPL, where they’re building the next Mars Rover, among other things.

Hi, Phil!

Exactly… take a look at the issue of astronomy… way back it was claim in Genesis that the stars numbered as the sand on the seashore–by primitive standards there could be no way to reconcile the comparison (million upon millions of sand particles vs the few stars that could be counted); yet, once the Hubble went up the comparison was made clear: not hundreds/thousands of stars but millions upon millions in a still Unfolding Universe!

I worked with a guy for 30 years whose dad also worked there. Another older coworker who grew up in Simi Valley used to tell me stories of how the mountain rumbled loudly and glowed red when they were doing their rocket tests.

There is an asteroid orbiting by today, about 50 thousand km away from earth. The astronomers are glued to ltheir scopes tonight

I grew up one town over from Simi Valley. I never saw the glow (I’ve known others who did) but we certainly felt and heard the rumbling. When we’d feel the shaking there was always a moment we’d pause and think, “Is this Rocketdyne testing or are we actually having an earthquake?”

Be great if we could capture one and get it in a moon orbit then get up close to study it

Lol. My sis and her hubby go all out with photography of space. They would be in awesome agreement
